The Wrong Stuff: Drunk Driving Simulator

The Wrong Stuff: Drunk Driving SimulatorThe Wrong Stuff: Drunk Driving Simulator was developed for an educational exhibition focusing on being healthy and staying safe. The exhibition was designed and constructed by Roto Studio who partnered with Cerulean Games to produce the game. After staging a competitive process, Roto selected Cerulean to develop the simulation game based on its deep experience with the Torque Game Engine and strong industry recommendations.

The exhibit simulates the effects of drinking and driving. The user is instructed to enter their gender, weight and number of drinks, and then attempts to drive a route from the beach to their home in the suburbs. Along the way the driver is challenged to safely drive around obstacles in the road, drive on the road and not swerve onto the sidewalk, and prevent from colliding into other cars.

The Wrong Stuff Drunk Driving Simulator is currently on display at the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Discovery and Science, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
